It was a great finishing touch to be able to check in at Raffles Hotel in one of the huge rooms.
What a fantastic room, a very large reception area inside the doors with a desk and office furniture
on one side and on the other side a sofa and armchairs for afternoon tea. Than you open double
doors to the grand sleeping room. My small suitcase looked very lonely in the big wardrobe.
The bathroom was equipped with a bathtub and a shower cabinet separated from the WC.
After cleaning off the travel dust, we met in the Long Bar to have an original Singapore Sling to start with.
If you have an opportunity to visit the Dayaks - Do not miss it!
